What I built or explored.
Built an overlay workflow that detects non-English WhatsApp messages, translates them with an LLM, supports transliteration, and can translate a user's reply back into the receiver's language. I also experimented with dialect-aware responses, quick replies, voice presets, and a virtual-audio bridge for calls.
Why it matters.
Turned a simple translation idea into a broader communication assistant prototype spanning text, context-aware replies, transliteration, voice routing, and multilingual UX.
