Patient-document verification workflow designed to reduce wrong-file uploads and PDPA-sensitive record mix-ups.
What I built or explored.
Designed a verification layer that checks uploaded test documents against patient identity information before files are accepted into the intended folder, with the goal of flagging mismatches before they become downstream incidents.
Why it matters.
Added a practical patient-safety and privacy-focused verification concept to the Hack4Health workflow, targeting a real operational failure mode rather than only improving front-end experience.
